To protect the Zoom meeting, participants joining must be accepted into the meeting before seeing others or sharing their screen.

Go back to the calendar event screen, and tap Add to create the calendar event and send the meeting invite to each person you selected to invite.

Tap Done to save the invites to your scheduled Zoom meeting.

Select a contact from your contacts list.Tap the + to the right of the To field.On the calendar event screen, tap the Invitees option.Depending on the app selected for the Calendar option in the scheduled meeting settings, after tapping Save, a calendar meeting invite is created.Click the Send option in the calendar meeting invite to invite people to your scheduled Zoom meeting.Enter the e-mail address for each person you want to invite to the Required and Optional fields in the calendar meeting invite.Depending on the program selected for the Calendar option in the scheduled meeting settings, after clicking Save, a calendar meeting invite is created.Invite people to join your scheduled meeting On a mobile device, you can send a meeting invite through a text message by tapping the Send Message option after tapping Invite in step 2 above. Add people to the calendar meeting invite that you want to invite to your Zoom meeting, then send the meeting invite. Click or tap Save to schedule the meeting.Īfter clicking or tapping Save for the scheduled meeting settings, a calendar invite is created and opened in the e-mail or calendar program selected in the scheduled meeting settings.Click or tap Advanced Options if you want to set additional options for the meeting.Choose whether the video is turned on or off, by default, for the host and participants of the meeting.

You can use the predefined passcode for the meeting or change it to something else if desired.Select a start day, time, and duration for the meeting.The new meeting starts immediately and turns on the computer's webcam or mobile device's camera if you chose to turn on video.Choose whether to start the meeting with video by turning the video on or off with the Start with video checkbox or Video On toggle.On a mobile device, tap the New Meeting option.
